DELIVERY & RETURNS
We want you to receive your purchase as soon as possible! Please find below information to help you make your choice:
We will do everything to assure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Any orders we receive before 2pm, Monday to Thursday, we will aim to ship out to you on the same day. However, we do not always succeed in achieving this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
As soon as your order payment is processed, a confirmation email will be sent with delivery information.
We offer a variety of delivery options for various destinations, at different prices and varying estimated delivery times. For full list of international destinations and shipping cost, please check the International Customers section.
Every effort will be made to achieve the delivery times quoted on this site, however, the delivery date may be subject to changes due to external factors, such as the method of payment chosen, the manner of transport and internal availability.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
• All estimated shipping days are referred to as working days (Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays) and do not include the day of dispatch.
• Shipment dates are estimates with which our carriers work to. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.
• Remote areas are subject to an additional 1-2 days.
• Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
Cancellations & Returns
At studiopets.com we strive to meet and exceed your highest expectations both with every item we sell and the service we provide. We know that making a selection from screen only is no easy decision! Therefore, if after placing your order, you change your mind, or need to cancel or return your order for any reason, we will endeavour to make the process as simple, efficient and trouble free as we can.
As soon as you have placed your order online, it is sent electronically to our warehouse team to pick, pack and despatch. We process your order as quickly as we can to ensure that you receive your order within the delivery dates quoted on our site. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If we receive your cancellation request before the order has been packed by the warehouse team, we will cancel the order and send you an email to confirm. If the order has already been packed, it may not be possible to prevent it from being despatched and charged, but you will still be able to return the order for a full refund. If you have asked for a cancellation, we will always see if it’s possible and update you with the status of your order.
We accept returns from you at any time within 14 days of receipt provided that the returned goods are in the same condition and quantity as delivered by us. In order to process the refund, we kindly ask you to send us an email to email@example.com with the information that you wish to return the product, prior to sending the goods back. We also want to ask you to return the products in the original packaging. After receipt, we will inspect the products in order to see whether you are eligible for a refund. Products that have been used, washed, damaged and/or do not have the original packaging and labels, will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back. Products purchased in the sale are also not eligible for a refund.
The Return process
• Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the information that you wish to return the product. This is a mandatory part of the return process. Any returned items that we have not been informed about prior to sending goods, will not be eligible for a refund.

• After receipt of your returned products, we will inspect them in order to see whether you are eligible for a refund. A confirmation email will be sent to inform you about the status of your return.
• The original amount paid for the returned items will be refunded when the return takes place within 14 days of receipt and the products are returned in the condition stated above.
• The initial shipping costs, as well as the costs for returning of the products are not eligible for a refund.
• Refunds are paid within twenty-eight (28) days after the refund confirmation has been sent.
